The camera records video in 1440p Quad HD resolution and uses Garmin Clarity™ HDR technology, which ensures the capture of important details such as license plates and road signs - even in low light or strong backlighting. New to the X series is the integrated CPL polarizing filter, which significantly reduces reflections from the dashboard on the windshield.
